Kim Bryant
Executive Director
Before becoming CCTA’s Executive Director, Kim worked in marketing with Adeo Strategy Partners and Market Builders, Inc. She has also worked for several retirement communities in Maryland and Virginia, overseeing the needs of the elderly, managing and marketing the company, and supervising employees.
Kim originally came to CCTA, years ago, as a volunteer with our Baltimore and Preschool Outreach Programs and was then hired to oversee the Preschool programs and assist with grant research. She initially got involved after watching her son, who deals with extreme anxiety, blossom during our summer theatre camp. Watching his progression from an anxious child into a confident performer made her realize the power of theatre and the performing arts.
